Wait Time

All items on my website are custom made by hand. Most items are ‘made to order’ (unless stated otherwise) meaning the items aren’t made until your order is placed. I am hustlin’ to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible. Due to recent Covid surges and precautions, there have been slight delays on receiving packages, including myself so all of your patience is greatly appreciated!

Normally orders take 2-3 weeks but can exceed up to 5 weeks on some items due to delay on supplies. These items are all noted in the description details so if you’re not willing to potentially wait 5 weeks, please do not purchase! If I am experiencing delays, you will receive an email from me with updates on your order. Please be aware that I am a small business and can sometimes exceed the wait times but I can assure you, you will receive your custom pieces.

Shipping

General Shipping Info

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. Check your confirmation email for your tracking number for tracking updates. If your parcel is returned for incorrect address*, you are responsible for the additional shipping fee.

Please do not forget to include your APT/Unit number!!*

Domestic

Once you’ve received your tracking number, your parcel should arrive in 1-3 days, depending on location. Please contact USPS if you have any issues with tracking updates.  

International

Once you’ve received your tracking number, your parcel should arrive 7-20 days, depending on location. Please keep track of your parcel with your tracking number and be aware that there may be slight delays with customs processing due to recent Covid surges.

Returns

Since custom products are made to order, specifically for you, all sales are final.
